| In addition to loving fiddle music, fiddle music has led me to love. While at the National Oldtime Fiddlers’ Contest in Weiser, Idaho a few years ago, I met the woman whom I would marry --- Casee. Casee was there with her daughter, Jahnavi, who was competing in the Junior Division that year. After a long distance romance that lasted many months, we were engaged on my birthday in 2006 and married on August 2nd, 2008. We now live in Salt Lake City where we both own our own businesses and are surrounded by loving friends, family, and fiddling. In many, many ways, I feel blessed that fiddling has been, and is, a part of my life. John Francis
